You might only need your account for a minute: to open cPanel, find an invoice or check when a domain expires. Those everyday jobs are the starting point for our updated client area.

This guide walks through the places you are most likely to need, with a few shortcuts that can save you opening extra pages. You can start from your dashboard.

Start with the job you came to do

The four cards at the top bring together your services, domains, unpaid invoices and renewal date. Open a card to move into the relevant section. If a renewal is overdue, the card says so rather than presenting it as an upcoming date.

Below them, Products / Services gives you a short list of your services. View all opens the full list. Domain registrations have their own Domains section, separate from hosting and other products.

The main menu takes you to Dashboard, Services, Domains, Billing, Affiliates and Support. On a phone, open the navigation menu to see these destinations, along with your account settings.

If your sign-in has access to more than one client account, open the account menu in the header and choose the account you want to manage before looking for its services or invoices.

For a quicker route to a section, use the search in the header. Typing “invoices”, for example, brings up Billing. To find a particular invoice number or domain name, use the search inside that section. The bell icon holds your account notices and links to billing and security.

Affiliates has its own menu item too. If you have joined the programme, that is where you can review your referrals and earnings. If you have not, you can read about the programme there without having to join.

Open cPanel from your dashboard

For active cPanel hosting, you can use the login shortcut:

1. Find your hosting service in Products / Services on the dashboard, or open Services for the full list.

2. Check the domain beside the service, especially if you manage more than one website.

3. Choose Log in to cPanel. Your control panel opens in a new tab.

On a phone, the compact button is labelled cPanel. You do not need to open the service details first.

VPS services with portal access have an Open VPS portal button, shortened to VPS portal on mobile.

To see a service’s billing information or add-ons, open its name. The details page has Overview and Access & billing tabs. For mailboxes included with cPanel hosting, Open webmail is under Access & billing.

Check a domain without confusing it with hosting

A domain registration and a hosting plan can share the same website address, but they do different jobs. Services is for your hosting and other products. Domains is for the domain names you have registered with us.

Open Domains to find a name, check its expiry date and see its renewal price. You can search the list, filter by status, or sort by domain name or expiry date.

Select the domain to open its details. Overview brings together the domain information; DNS & nameservers is the place for nameserver settings; Contacts & renewal contains the contact and renewal tools. This keeps domain management separate from the work you do inside cPanel.

Find an invoice, including one you have already paid

Open Billing for your invoices. Use Unpaid to focus on outstanding bills, Paid to find earlier payments, or All for the full list. More statuses contains the other invoice states.

To download an invoice:

1. Search for its invoice number in Billing.

2. Open the matching invoice.

3. Choose Download PDF.

The invoice page also shows its status, charges and payment activity. For an unpaid invoice, Pay invoice takes you to the payment choices. After paying, return to that invoice to check its status. If you have been charged but it still shows as unpaid, send us the invoice number and payment reference so we can check it.

You will also find Saved payment methods below the invoice list. Expand it to review your saved Stripe cards and the account’s automatic-payment setting.

Keep your account details and sign-in settings in the right place

Under My account, choose Profile & details to update your contact and billing information. The Account details tab contains your name, address and phone number. The same page has separate tabs for contacts, login users and email preferences, so you can go to the part you need.

Choose My account → Security for sign-in protection. Manage passkeys opens your passkey controls, while Login history lets you review recent sign-ins. These settings belong to your sign-in; your hosting control panel and mailbox have their own access details.

Get help with the task in front of you

For a quick how-to question, open the Vassist chat widget. You can follow its guide links or use Ask the team for further help.

The A little help? panel gives you two other routes: Ask the team opens support, and Browse the help centre takes you to our help centre.

To open a support ticket yourself:

1. Choose Support in the main menu, then New Ticket.

2. Select the department: Tech/Server for hosting or cPanel, Billing/Payments for invoices, Domain for domain questions, or Affiliates Support for the affiliate programme.

3. Add a clear Subject and Message. Include the affected domain or invoice number and what happened. You can attach a screenshot to show us the problem.

4. Choose Open ticket.

If you already have a ticket about the same issue, open it and continue the conversation there. That keeps the earlier details together, so you do not have to explain the problem again.
