- You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and domain information.
- Hosting and domain services must be used lawfully and in line with acceptable use requirements.
- Invoices, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and service management are handled through the client portal.
Payments and renewals
Services may be suspended or cancelled if invoices remain unpaid. Domain renewals depend on registry rules and payment timing, so renewal should be completed before expiry.
Support
Support is provided through official support channels. Never send passwords, OTPs, or private credentials in support messages.
