How does AutoSSL work?

AutoSSL automatically issues and renews SSL certificates for eligible domains on your hosting account. Your domain must point correctly to the server before AutoSSL can validate it.

Before AutoSSL can issue

The domain should point to the hosting server.
DNS propagation should be complete.
The website should not block validation files.

If SSL is not active

Wait for propagation if the domain was recently pointed.
Open a support ticket with the domain name and any browser warning screenshot.
