How do I change my hosting plan?

Open your account, choose Services, select your hosting and open Access & billing. Review upgrades opens the eligible plans for your service. If the page says No eligible online upgrade is available, or you want a downgrade or a different hosting type, open Support → New Ticket and ask us to review the change. Check the cost, future billing and website requirements before confirming.

Review the change before ordering

  • Check the storage, mailboxes, websites and other resources your current service uses. For a smaller plan, confirm that all of them will fit. Keep a separate, checked backup of the website and data you need.
  • The account owner must place an online upgrade. If you use an invited login, ask the owner to review the change for the correct client account.
  • In Services, select the hosting and read the current plan, billing period and next due date in Overview. Open Access & billing, then choose Review upgrades. A service showing No eligible online upgrade is available needs a support review.

Complete an eligible online upgrade

  • In the cart configuration, choose the target under Upgrade to and select New billing period. Choose Add to cart and review Your cart and Order summary. Check the selected service, plan, period, currency and amount.
  • The amount quoted for a change can differ from the full price of buying a new plan. Review the specific quote rather than calculating your own adjustment from the advertised monthly price. Ask us to confirm future renewal pricing or timing that is unclear.
  • Choose Continue to checkout. On Review your order, check the payment method, read and tick the terms agreement, then choose Create upgrade invoice. Review the invoice's final tax and balance before paying.
  • For a zero-cost upgrade, the confirmation changes to Confirm & apply upgrade now. Only confirm once you are ready for that change to be applied immediately.
  • If the cart says an upgrade is already pending, use Review existing upgrade invoice or ask us about it. If it requests a support review, do that before continuing. Do not create another order to work around an unclear result.
  • After the change, check the service's plan and billing details and test its website and email. A paid invoice and a completed plan change are separate checks.

Ask us about a downgrade or another hosting type

  • Open Support → New Ticket and select Tech/Server under Department. Use Change my hosting plan in Subject. In Message, give the current service and domain, the plan you want and what you need to improve. Choose Open ticket.
  • Ask us to confirm eligibility, the amount to pay or credit treatment, future renewal price, when the change will happen and whether website or email migration is needed. Do not cancel the current service or order a replacement until the changeover is agreed.
  • An upgrade does not guarantee that every website problem will be resolved. Include the actual error or resource issue so we can check whether a plan change addresses it.
