Why can't I see my hosting service in the dashboard?
Open Services, check the account selector, then choose All and search for the hosting domain or service name. If the service is still missing, ask the account owner to check your permissions or contact Tech/Server support.
Check these first
- 1. Confirm you signed in with the identity that has access to the client account that owns the service.
- 2. Check the account selector near the top of the page. A business account and a personal account may hold different services.
- 3. Open Services, choose All and clear any search that might hide the record. Search for the domain or hosting plan name.
- 4. Check Services rather than Domains. A domain registration does not by itself include a hosting service.
Access and service status
- If you were invited to an account, the owner controls which sections you can use. Ask the owner to check your service-access permission.
- A pending order or invoice does not prove that hosting has been activated. Check the invoice and service status; avoid placing the same order again just because it is not active yet.
If it is still missing
- Open a Tech/Server support ticket with the expected hosting domain, service name and relevant order or invoice number. Describe which account and list you checked, without including passwords.
- If Support is also unavailable to your login, ask the account owner to contact the team or use the public Contact page.
