How do I use the free or discounted domain with hosting?

Choose a hosting plan advertised with Free/Discounted Domain, add one domain registration or transfer with it, and check Order summary for Free domain included or Discounted domain applied before ordering. We advertise this benefit on Pro, Biz, Maxi, Ultra10G, Ultra20G and Ultra50G. The cart checks the selected plan, domain and periods and calculates the discount. Do not assume every domain is free or pay first expecting us to add a credit afterwards.

Add hosting and the domain together

Open Shared Hosting for Pro, Biz or Maxi, or UltraFast Hosting for Ultra10G, Ultra20G or Ultra50G. Review the plan and choose Choose plan. Choose your currency before adding items; an existing account uses its own currency at checkout.
In the plan configuration, review Billing period. Under Use a domain, choose Register a new domain for a name you do not own yet, or Transfer a domain for a domain you own at another registrar and want to move to us.
Enter the complete Domain name and select Domain registration period. Complete the extension's required fields and review privacy and nameservers. For a transfer, follow the transfer preparation steps and enter Transfer authorization code when the form requests it.
Choose Add to cart. Keep one registration or transfer domain in the cart with the hosting plan while checking this offer. Adding several domain purchases prevents the plan domain-credit offer from applying to that cart.
If you already added the domain separately, choose Use a domain already in my cart under Use a domain, then select it in Domain in your cart. Do not also select a second registration for the same name. Use my existing domain connects a domain you already own to hosting without ordering its registration or transfer.

Check what the offer covers

Read Order summary. Free domain included means the applied offer covers that domain's initial charge in this order. Discounted domain applied means the offer reduces it, leaving an amount to pay. Check the Discount and Total alongside the hosting and domain items.
The amount depends on the plan, domain price, selected periods and account currency. A higher-priced domain can still have a balance after the offer. Changing the hosting plan, domain or periods can change the result, so check the summary again after an edit.
This benefit reduces the domain price. It is different from Available account credit, which is a balance already held on your account. Do not treat the domain benefit as cash you can withdraw or apply to an unrelated invoice.
Check future costs separately. A free initial registration is not proof of a free renewal. If the renewal price is important to your decision, ask us to confirm it before paying. For a domain already in your account, open Domains, select it and read Renewal price in Overview.
Once the selection and discount are correct, choose Continue to checkout, review the order and Preferred payment method, read and tick the terms agreement, then choose Create order & continue. Review the resulting invoice before paying.

If the discount is missing or the price is unclear

Check that the intended hosting plan and one registration or transfer domain are both in the cart. Read any offer message under Order summary, and check the selected billing and registration periods.
Do not submit another order or pay a separate domain invoice to try to trigger the offer. For advice before ordering, use Contact and give us the plan, domain extension, periods, currency and the message you see. Do not send a transfer authorization code.
If you have already ordered, open Support → New Ticket, select Billing/Payments, include the order or invoice number and expected domain benefit, then choose Open ticket. We will check that order and advise you on the next step.
