How do I open my VPS control panel?
Sign in to your account, open Services and find your active VPS. Choose Open VPS portal beside that service. On a phone, the button is labelled VPS portal. The panel opens in a new tab. Check the server identity before using any controls; opening the panel does not require a restart.
Open the right VPS
- Sign in to your account. If you manage several client accounts, choose the account that owns the VPS in the account menu.
- Choose Services in the main menu. On a phone, open the menu at the top left, then choose Services. Match the service name and server domain to the VPS you want.
- Choose Open VPS portal, or VPS portal on a phone. You can also use the shortcut in the service details heading. A new tab opens for the VPS control panel.
- Check the VPS name and IP address against your service details before making a change. Leave power and reinstall controls alone when you only need to view the server.
Know which sign-in you need
- The VPS portal manages the virtual server. A website control panel such as cPanel is a separate application. Buying a VPS does not automatically give you a cPanel account.
- Opening the VPS portal is also separate from signing in to the operating system or an application running on the server. Use the access details for the task you intend to do; do not reuse your account password as a guessed server password.
- Do not restart, stop or reinstall the VPS to solve a portal sign-in problem. Those actions can interrupt websites and other services, and reinstalling can erase server data.
If the shortcut is missing or does not open
- In Services, choose All services and check the service status and selected client account. A pending or suspended service needs its status checked before you try to manage it.
- If someone invited you to the account, ask its owner to check your service sign-in permissions. Being able to see a service does not always give you permission to open its panel.
- Check the message in your account and whether your browser blocked the new tab. Do not bypass a browser certificate warning or open an unfamiliar server address.
- For an access problem, open Support → New Ticket, choose Tech/Server and include the VPS service name, the time and the exact message. Hide passwords, private keys, codes and complete secure-login links in screenshots. Choose Open ticket after reviewing the request, or reply to your existing ticket about the problem.
