Checklist
- Check your banking app or card statement for a debit.
- If there was no debit, retry the payment from the invoice.
- If there was a debit but the invoice still shows unpaid, do not pay again immediately.
Escalate with proof
- Open a support ticket with the invoice number, payment time, amount, and a payment screenshot.
- Hide card numbers, OTPs, PINs, and sensitive bank details before uploading screenshots.
