How do I continue after signup and recover my cart?
After a successful signup, we normally sign you in automatically and return you to checkout if you started registration from an order. Otherwise, you go to your account. Email verification is a separate step; normal signup does not wait for that email before continuing. Opening its verification link in another browser does not sign you in there. To recover an available account-linked cart, sign in with the same login and select the same client account. Transfer codes and other sensitive details must be entered again. A guest cart that has not been saved to your account is not guaranteed to appear in another browser.
When creating your account
- 1. Review Account currency before creating the account. When you have a cart, the new account uses that cart's currency. Check the account details, country and phone number too.
- 2. Complete the security check and any required consent, then choose Create account once. Wait for the result while the form is working.
- 3. On success, automatic sign-in normally takes you back to checkout or to your account. Follow the page shown. If it says Your account is ready but asks you to sign in, use Sign in; do not register again.
- 4. If the form shows a validation error, correct the named field. If the result is unclear, try signing in with the account you just created or ask us for help before submitting another registration.
Verify your email
- Open the verification email and follow its link. A successful confirmation shows Thank you, your email is now verified, followed by Homepage, Cart and Client Portal.
- Use Cart to return to shopping or Client Portal to open your account. If that browser is not signed in, sign in with the same account. Verifying an email address and being signed in are different things.
- If the confirmation says you are signed in to a different account, Cart and Client Portal open that current account. Sign out there before signing in to the account whose email you verified.
- If the email is missing, check your spam folder. Use the link before the expiry shown in the email. If it has expired, was already used, is rejected, or you cannot complete verification, contact us. Do not register again or send your password or verification link in a chat or ticket.
Open your saved cart in another browser
- Sign in with the same login and select the same client account, then open Cart. Recovery depends on a cart having been saved to that login and account and still being available. A guest cart is tied to its original browser until it is linked to an account.
- Read any cart-recovery notice. A restored cart can contain your selections and coupon, but transfer codes, server passwords and additional free-text details must be entered again. Review availability, the current price and the currency before continuing.
- If this browser already contains selections, those selections may be kept instead of automatically replaced by the account's saved cart. Read the notice before editing; do not assume carts from two browsers are merged.
- Saved carts expire 30 days after their last saved update and can become unavailable. If your expected selections are missing, return to the original browser if you still have it, or ask us for help. If you see a notice that the cart could not be saved, keep using that browser. If an order may already have been created, check Bills & Payments and contact us before ordering again.
