How do I use a passkey to sign in to Vastgig?
Sign in using an existing method, open Account and find Passkeys. Choose Add a passkey and follow the setup shown there. After setup, choose Passkeys on the Vastgig sign-in page and approve the request using your device or passkey manager.
Set up your passkey
- 1. Sign in to Vastgig using a method that already works for your identity.
- 2. Open Account. On a phone, choose More, then Account.
- 3. Find Passkeys and give the passkey a name that helps you recognise it. Use the setup action and complete the device prompt.
- 4. Check the saved passkey list. Keep an existing working sign-in method available while checking the new passkey.
Sign in next time
- Use the official Vastgig sign-in page and choose Passkeys. Follow the prompt from your browser, device or passkey manager.
- Depending on where the passkey is stored, you may approve with your screen lock, fingerprint, face recognition or another supported device. Available methods depend on your device.
- A passkey for the Vastgig dashboard is not a cPanel password. Open cPanel through your hosting service's Access & billing tab.
If a passkey is unavailable
- Use another sign-in method already linked to your identity, such as your password or Google, then review Passkeys in Account.
- If you cannot access the account through any existing method, contact the team. Never send a device PIN, one-time code or account recovery secret in a ticket.
