How do I create an email account in cPanel?

Create domain email accounts from the Email Accounts area in cPanel. Choose the domain, enter the mailbox name, set storage, and save the account.

Steps

  • Log in to cPanel.
  • Open Email Accounts.
  • Select the domain and enter the email name, such as hello or sales.
  • Set mailbox storage and create the account.

After creating the mailbox

  • Use the webmail link or set up the mailbox in your email app.
  • Open a support ticket if you need the correct incoming and outgoing mail settings.
