How do I open webmail from my hosting service?

Open Services, select the hosting service for your email domain, then select Access & billing. Choose Open webmail if it is available. To create or manage mailboxes, open the hosting control panel instead.

Open webmail

1. Sign in to your Vastgig account and check the selected client account.
2. Open Services and select the hosting package for the email domain.
3. Select Access & billing and choose Open webmail when offered. Follow the destination's sign-in or mailbox-selection instructions.
4. If your email is hosted elsewhere, use that provider's webmail. Owning a domain at Vastgig does not mean its email is hosted in this package.

Webmail and cPanel are different

Webmail is for reading and sending mailbox messages. cPanel is for hosting administration, including creating and managing email accounts where those features are included.
Your dashboard sign-in and individual mailbox credentials are different. Do not use an account password as a guessed mailbox password.

If access fails

Check that you selected the correct hosting service. Read any dashboard error and check whether your browser blocked a new tab.
Contact Tech/Server with the affected domain, mailbox address, approximate time and exact error. Do not include the mailbox password or a complete secure-login URL.
