How to contact Vastgig support

Sign in to your Vastgig account, open Support and choose New Ticket. Select Tech/Server for hosting or cPanel, Billing/Payments for invoices or payments, Domain for domain registration issues, and Affiliates Support for referral or commission questions.

Choose the right team

  • Tech/Server: hosting access, cPanel, website errors and server issues.
  • Billing/Payments: invoices, payment status and billing questions.
  • Domain: registration, transfer and domain-management issues.
  • Affiliates Support: referrals, commissions and affiliate withdrawals. Use Tech/Server for cPanel access, even if you also have an affiliate account.
  • Abuse/Legal: abuse reports or legal matters. The available choices depend on your account and the support configuration.

Send a clear request

  • 1. Open Support and check whether a ticket for this issue already exists. Reply to that conversation if it does.
  • 2. For a new issue, choose New Ticket and select a department. Use a specific subject such as Cannot find cPanel for my hosting service.
  • 3. Include the affected domain or service, what you tried, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time.
  • 4. Add the exact error or a screenshot. Review the message, attachments and department before submitting.

When using Vassist

  • Vassist can prepare a ticket from your conversation. Preparing the draft does not send it. Review the department, subject and message, then submit it yourself.
  • Choose the department for the actual issue. An unanswered hosting question belongs with Tech/Server, not Affiliates Support.
  • If submission cannot be confirmed, check your ticket list before trying again. This helps avoid duplicate tickets.

Keep private information out of the ticket

  • Do not include passwords, one-time sign-in codes, recovery codes, private keys or full card numbers.
  • Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots and avoid sharing complete secure-login links. For payment questions, include the invoice number and payment reference without exposing card or bank-login details.
