Why is my hosting suspended, and how do I restore access?

Open your account, choose Services and select the hosting to check its Status. Unpaid invoices can lead to suspension, but a website error alone does not prove that hosting is suspended. Review the service and its invoices before paying. If the service shows Suspended, ask us to confirm the reason and what is needed to restore access; payment alone is not a promise of immediate reactivation.

Check whether the hosting is suspended

  • Sign in, check the client account selected at the top of the portal, then open Services. Find the correct hosting by its plan and domain, select it and read Status in Overview.
  • If the service shows Active, describe the website or email failure in a Tech/Server ticket. A 403, 500, certificate warning or failed website sign-in can need a different fix from suspension. Do not change DNS or delete files just to test it.
  • If the service shows Suspended, check messages from us and open Billing to review invoices for that service. Confirm the charge, balance and invoice status rather than paying an unrelated invoice.

Resolve the reason shown for your service

  • For an unpaid hosting invoice you recognise, follow our payment guide and check the invoice result. If money has left your account but the result is unclear, do not pay again. Send Billing/Payments the invoice number, amount, currency and payment reference.
  • To ask why a service is suspended, open Support → New Ticket, choose Tech/Server under Department, enter Hosting suspended in Subject and describe the service, domain and exact message in Message. Include any related paid invoice number, then choose Open ticket.
  • Ask us which action is required and whether reactivation needs a further check. Do not assume a payment resolves an account restriction or a security issue. If you already have a ticket about the suspension, reply to that conversation.

Check access after the issue is resolved

  • Reopen the service and check its latest Status. Test the website and hosted email, then use Log in to cPanel from the correct service once access is restored. Read our cPanel sign-in guide for the route.
  • If billing shows Paid but the service remains Suspended, reply to your ticket with both statuses. Do not place a second hosting order as a way to reactivate the original service.
  • A Terminated or Cancelled service needs a separate review. Ask us to check its state and any recovery options before paying an old invoice or assuming its files can be restored.
